N. Taylor Smith is a certified Holistic Integrative Practitioner and Health Coach. In addition, she attended The City University of New York (CUNY), in there Baccalaureate program majoring in Culinary Nutrition. N. Taylor Smith has become a go-to guide in helping clientele create a personalized “roadmap to health” that suits their unique body, lifestyle, preferences and goals via holistic nutrition, health coaching and preventive health.

I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's
cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program.
During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.
My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
Taylor has been creating in the kitchen since early childhood and has taken classes privately throughout her life while she pursued a different career path. It wasn’t until later in life that her once childhood fascination with food, became an inspiration to prompt her to make a career change. “Change”- is the key word. At this time she became a chef at a Vegetarian café which led her to take the plunge.
Upon completion of her formal training, Taylor launched Healthe-Eats And More, Tailored To Your Needs.
She also owns and serves as Director of Clearly Natural Consulting, which—among clients—has provided strategic business development & marketing support for restaurant startup Bistro Lamazou, including coordination of events; and Atlantic City-based regional apparel show Fashions A La Mode.
She previously worked as Director of Operations and a Dental Assistant for a New York-based practice; and has also served as a Business Administrator, Account Manager, Director of Operations, Marketing Assistant and Communications Manager for a number of companies across metropolitan New York.
