Upon completion of her formal training, Taylor launched Healthe-Eats And More, Tailored To Your Needs.
Taylor began her career in holistic healing and health coaching after her father became ill. Many of his attending physicians recommended a regimen of Holistic therapies combined with Western and Eastern medicines. With the eventual loss of her beloved parent, she vowed to change careers and adopt the strategies to help others dealing with illness and health challenges.
In the midst of her training—by adopting the theories into her own life—Smith’s own eating and movement habits evolved, resulting in weight loss, stress and anxiety reduction and overall improved health
She specializes in reducing symptoms of common diseases by teaching her clients to eat healthy, cognizant of what they ingest and take time for themselves. Which in return, promotes stress reduction that is a key factor in managing any of the Inflammation Diseases such as Krohn's and IBS. Taylor creates a supportive environment that enables her clients to achieve all of their health goals.
Taylor coaches her clients to create happy and healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. She uses practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide each individual in discovering which approach works best for each person.
Drawing on her extensive knowledge of holistic nutrition, health coaching, preventative health and (most importantly) experiencing “change” first-hand, Taylor is able to assist her clients to create a completely personalized “roadmap to health”. Each roadmap suits their unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals with life-long results, while being the steady hand by their side along the path of their own “change”.
Without a doubt, she has now dedicated her life to this new endeavor— where her ability to help others proved that turning the page to a new career chapter was the right decision.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
